BENEFITS OF FEEDING RAW DOG FOOD

This is the good news page. The fantastic benefits of feeding a RAW diet include, but are not limited to the following:

Clean Teeth

No brushing required, no Vet visits for dental cleaning. This is especially so if you feed your dog ample raw meaty bones, chicken wings or necks.

Clean Ears

Dry odourless ears every day. Many of you may have battled with re-curring ear infections in the past. This should stay in the past.

Flea Freedom

A very unexpected positive aspect to RAW feeding is the absence of fleas. This may not happen immediately, however, after a few months on a RAW diet, fleas should not find your dogs skin attractive any more. This has to be the best bonus as you no longer will be subjecting your poor dog to chemical treatments that are not good for them.

Anal Gland Problems Disappear

If your groomer or vet have been manually expressing your dogs anal glands at regular intervals, you will find the time span increases, and over a period of time it won't be necessary at all. Because the RAW diet encourages hard dry stools, the dogs glands are emptied naturally.

Reduction in Fat - More Muscle

Initially you will notice weight loss and your dog becomes more lean. When the weight starts to come back it will be in muscle form and your dog will look and feel sensational.

Coat Improvement

Whites shimmer and colours are deeper and black is truly black.

Reduction in Body Odour

Less body odour leads to less frequent washing (which is great for skin and coat).

Energy

Puppies tend to be more calmer when fed a RAW diet and adult dogs lose their lethargy and begin to enjoy life to the fullest.
